We dynamically engage others to help strategize, implement and achieve effectual change in the fields of social diversity and social justice within our communities and workplaces, as well as actively promote public awareness and educate others involving social diversity and social justice.

ACTION PLAN
Activities Pursued
We plan to organize and participate in activities such as community events, speaking engagements, round table discussions, and engage companies and business leaders in private consulting. We also plan to develop certain educational speaking and engagement programs designed to address social diversity and social justice issues with respect to race, gender, social class and sexual orientation with customized strategies to help bring about a positive impact and hopeful change on an individual/group level.
Operating Costs
Our costs consist of nominal expenses relative to building our program’s basic infrastructure in relation to research resources, such as books and other literature, presentation materials, marketing costs, in addition to basic administrative and professional fees to operate the non-profit.
Fundraising
We plan on seeking out and applying for relevant grants and targeting private donations to fund such activities; as well as through fees from private consulting.
